About Our Founder
Sunnidhew Sookai
Jugwanth
Mr Jugwanth completed his B.Proc degree at the University of Durban-Westville (now UKZN). In 1984, he was admitted as an attorney in the High Court, Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal. He practiced as a general practitioner in Kwa- Zulu Natal until 2000, and then moved to Johannesburg, where he specialized in Labour Law.
He was appointed as a Senior part - time CCMA Commissioner and is well aligned with CCMA practices and procedures. His vast experience as a Commissioner exposed him to a wide variety of labour disputes.
He was also an accredited core trainer at the CCMA for newly appointed Commissioners, Trade Union Representatives, Junior Attorneys and others.
He has extensive experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, familiar with National Treasury Regulations and the PFMA. His expertise extends to Investigations, Report writing and Tender irregularity prosecutions.
His work engagements include both the Government and Private Corporate Sectors.
Further, he has completed courses with L.E.A.D in civil and commercial meditation skills, public and regulatory law and participated in the international Senior Lawyers project involving introductory and advanced commercial legal transactional law.
